What documents are needed to rent a car?

In order to rent a car from RenBus you need 2 identification documents: ID card/passport and driver’s license. Copies or photos of the documents should be sent by e-mail to office@rentbus.ro or taken at the time of delivery. You also need the original documents when you sign the rental contract. For companies a CUI is required.

To extend the lock-out period please send an e-mail to office@rentbus.ro, or contact RenBus Customer Support by phone at +40744 552 443, which is available 24 hours a day.

Cancellation can be made by sending an email to office@rentbus.ro or by contacting RentBus Customer Support +40744 552 443, not earlier than 12 months.

Please contact us either in writing at office@rentbus.ro or by phone +40744 552 443, in order to be scheduled for the periodic inspection (indicated by the car’s computer) or for the tire change. Please allow 10 working days between the time of notification and when you will be scheduled for service. If, for objective reasons (identification of additional repairs on your car), your car will be immobilized for more than 24 hours, you will be given another car free of charge. We cannot guarantee that it will be the same class as your car. We also reserve the right, if you do not request the periodic inspection or tire change, and based on our records, to contact you to schedule it. Your safety is our priority!
